KTBS – Captain Shreve’s Mae’Zion Henix becomes first ETBU lacrosse signee

History was made in Shreveport Wednesday as ETBU lacrosse signed the first player in the program’s history.

Captain Shreve senior Mae’Zion Henix signed with Alain Savage and the Tigers in front of his family and friends at Life United Church.

According to his parents, Henix’s love of lacrosse started when he transferred to Captain Shreve.  He eventually gave up football to chase his dream, a dream that came true Wednesday.
